3 cups of chicken broth
1 tsp salt (eek . . why?? with chicken broth)
dash of white pepper (or not)
1 medium scallion
2 eggs slightly beaten
Heat broth, salt & pepper to boiling in a big ole pan. Stir scallions into the eggs. Pour egg mixture into the broth, stirring constantly to shred the eggs. Hmm. I think I'll give it a try :)
